Create an account
Use your work email — login is passwordless, you'll receive a magic link. Anyone can register, but accounts are verified before they get access to live system data.
Service catalogue and search
Search finds the right service instantly. All prices are synced with the website, and each service includes appointment duration so it slots correctly into Medesk.
Date and time — synced with Medesk
We only show slots that fit the appointment duration. Availability is pulled from Medesk in real time.
Patient details — visible to the doctor and our admins
You can book for an existing patient or create a new one. If a patient exists both with us and with an external doctor, we create a single unified record in Medesk — no duplication.
Partners can see booking statuses
Some doctors need results quickly — to schedule surgery or decide on treatment sooner. Partners see the same status updates that our admins and patients see.
